Nvseal Planets Pack

Nvseal's Planet Pack is the most realistic set of procedural planets ever seen with Terragen 2. Nvseal planets have been used in various productions, and are fully animateable and detailed from space down to the surface.

The Planets Pack comes with 2 distinct rendering concepts, 2, displacement styles, 3 surfacing type variants and 2 add-ons.

Space Shots

Shots from space don't require meter scale displacements, in which case one of the three surfacing types would be your weapon of choice. Render entire planets in high resolution and lightning fast. Choose from one of the following surfacing types

• Earth-like planet
• Jungle planet
• Ice Planet

In-Atmosphere Shots & Full Scale Animations from Space to Ground

If you need to to put together an animation from space to ground level or vice-versa, or want to render a huge resolution still, then one of the following two displacement presets will provide you with all the continental and mountain range details that you require from any altitude, without having to reconfigure or redesign the scene just because you come closer, or "fly" around the globe. The two displacement presets are:

• Displacement 1 - earth like continents and mountains
• Displacement 2 - alien shape continents and mountains

Pole Caps

The Planets Pack also brings you two add-on to your planets, that you can embed in your network by loading one or both of the following clip files:

• North Pole
• South Pole

While the Nvseal Planets Pack covers a huge range with a lot of detail, it is advised to not come closer than a few hundred meters to the surface, as there may be a few roughness artifacts in some locations.

One of the example images on this page shows clouds. The clouds are not included in this package.
